Tempor and Tempor Hills University

These are my main neighbourhoods, in The Sims 2 / The Sims 2 University. I
named them Tempor as I used to name some temporary files like that, and noticed that
it would actually sound funny as a name for a sim town.. LOL
Tempor is built on a neighbourhood base I made with Sim City 4, but I used a Maxis base for
Tempor Hills University.
There are some farms in Tempor, and nearest to them, the smaller and cheaper houses.. I
like to build areas of identical houses, then just give them some individual features by
painting them with different colours, maybe adding the odd conservatory or a pool, etc..
Since TS2 allows building higher than TS, I made three ugly apartment blocks, which have
since been revamped into fashionable houses for the loaded sims.. Across the road (Main
Street, actually) from them, there's a big mall, and neighbouring the mall, some Victorian
townhouses.. (with narrow rooms and all..)
I've rotated for this view.. Our house is right next to the game menu, in this picture. It's
Very Much like it is in reality! I wish it was possible to edit the neighbourhood terrain
in the actual game (not just in Sim City 4), and that curved roads were possible.. I'd love
to build the whole Seapoint Court in TS2.
Here's the other side of the river (which I've named Gargle - the river next to us being
Dargle, in real life).. I don't have any sims living here, but I've emptied my house bin
by placing all the Maxis built houses (and some of mine) there. I don't want to get rid of
them, but I don't really want to play with them, either. As you can see, when I made this
neighbourhood, I made as many roads as possible, because I love to build!
And here's the Tempor Hills University! You arrive through the gate, and the first thing you
see is the grand community centre building.. (I think I have that on my sim page,
on the official site..) Next to it, there's a big library, church, park (with a big stage for
concerts and stuff), and a mall.. Behind all that, the Greek houses..
There are some really posh houses on top of the hill, looking down to the general university
area.. (and a "W" library, too) On top right, there's Forest Side area, with some more
artistic students, etc.. There's also a caravan park, for hippie students!
